We've created a list of some of our favorite things for actors around Los Angeles, Chicago, and the web - and links to take you right to them!
LOS ANGELES LINKS:
Reproductions is a wonderful photographic printing house that I use for all of my own work. They have a tremendously kind and helpful staff, very competitive prices, and great quality.
Argentum is a reproduction house based in L.A. You can do everything on-line with them and they'll send you hard copy proofs for authorization before printing in bulk.
Lesly Kahn & Company have 20 plus years of successful actor training to boast about! With an MFA from Yale Drama and a major passion for actors - "Lesly Kahn" is one of the first answers you get when you ask "Where should I take an acting class in L.A.?"
Jack is just awesome. A fantastic resource to help actors get their heads in a great space to open up and create without the awful limitations of fear and anxiety. He's a fellow Carnegie Mellon alum and he does very affordable coaching and classes in Los Angeles! Check him out!
Craig is a fantastic guy with a wonderfully diverse background as an actor/writer/director and a real easy approach to acting. He works specifically and is great at reminding you of the basics while also urging you to push out of your comfort zone and take risks. Check out his testimonial page full of working actors...And tell him I sent you!
A wonderful reproduction house based in Chicago.
A great Chicago photo and print company.

Want to know what's playing on the city's many stages? This should help.
A thorough resource to help navigate the local theatre scene. There are some audition postings here and a great archive of TALK THEATRE IN CHICAGO podcasts featuring interviews with local theatre artists.
A terrific site that offers promotional video material for Chicago's performing arts community. Also a great way to preview a show before seeing it!
HELPFUL ACTOR LINKS:
Need to clean up your Irish brogue for an audition? Check this site out. It’s a tremendous online archive of primary source dialect and accent recordings for the performing arts. All in one place. Extremely helpful.
A fantastic group of folks that I work with who's main goal is to provide expert preparation for college musical theatre and acting program auditions. If you or anyone you know is applying for theatre school - give them a look! They have a tremendous track record and are extremely passionate about their work!
A fantastic volunteer group run by SAG that reads to kids in public schools and hospitals. Such a simple way of giving back. As a storyteller - its such a joy to give such happiness by sharing your talents. Its a win-win for everyone involved! Check 'em out!
Everyone needs a great tax guy. David is my recommendation. He's an actor himself so he knows exactly how to maximize your return as an artist. He works with small businesses as well and has a ton of experience and knowledge to help get you started.
This woman is amazing. She deals with vulnerability in really profound and illuminating ways. So helpful as an actor (and human...) to explore her work! Being brave enough to be vulnerable is often the difference between good and great.
